By accessing this website and purchasing any services offered — including transformation retreats in Thailand, 1-1 coaching sessions, and group coaching programs — you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking or purchase.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered directly through this website. If you have any questions, please contact us before proceeding with your booking.
2. About the Services
Baptiste Excelsia offers the following services:
Transformation Retreats
1-1 Coaching Sessions (individual, private coaching)
Group Coaching Programs (collective coaching experiences)
All services are designed to support participants in their personal growth and holistic wellbeing, addressing the following dimensions of the human experience:
Mental wellbeing – mindset, clarity, limiting beliefs, and personal development
Emotional wellbeing – emotional awareness, safety, and healing
Spiritual wellbeing – connection to self, purpose, meaning, and inner alignment
Physical wellbeing – the healing of consequences of the unresolved emotions and trauma on the body (nervous system, fascia etc)
These services are intended for personal development, growth, and transformation purposes.
3. Important Health & Liability Disclaimer
3.1 Not a Licensed Health Practitioner
Baptiste Excelsia is a personal development coach and retreat facilitator, not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, psychotherapist, psychiatrist, or any other regulated healthcare professional.
The services provided on this website are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic services.
Baptiste Excelsia does not:
Provide medical diagnoses or psychological assessments
Treat, cure, or diagnose any physical, mental, or psychological illness or condition
Prescribe medication or medical treatments
Replace or substitute professional medical or psychiatric care
3.2 Your Responsibility
By booking any service, you acknowledge and confirm that:
You are participating voluntarily and take full responsibility for your own wellbeing
You will consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical or psychological concerns before participating in any retreat or coaching program
If you are currently under medical or psychiatric treatment, you will seek approval from your healthcare provider before registering
You understand that coaching and retreat experiences may bring up emotions, and you take responsibility for seeking appropriate professional support if needed
3.3 No Guarantee of Results
Results from coaching and retreats vary from person to person. Baptiste Excelsia makes no guarantees of specific outcomes. Any testimonials or examples shared are individual experiences and are not representative of guaranteed results.
The program and indications for each service is for information-purpose only. Each retreat and session will be tailored-made to what is happening in real-time with the participants and the elephants, to guarantee best results.
4. Booking & Payment
4.1 Booking Process

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place. The deposit amount will be clearly specified on the relevant service page before checkout.
4.3 Remaining Balance
Unless otherwise stated, the remaining balance is due by the date specified at the time of booking. Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
5.1 Bookings Made Directly Through This Website
The deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.
However, we understand that life circumstances can change. If you are unable to attend the service you originally booked, your deposit will not be lost. Instead, it can be transferred and applied as credit toward any of the following:
This credit transfer is available subject to the following conditions:
You must notify Baptiste Excelsia in writing as soon as possible and no later than 7 days before the start date of your booked service
The credit is valid for 12 months from the date of the original booking
The credit is non-transferable to another person
If the new service costs more than the original deposit, the difference must be paid at the time of rebooking
If the new service costs less than the original deposit, no refund will be issued for the difference
Baptiste Excelsia reserves the right to review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
5.2 Bookings Made Through Third-Party Platforms
If you booked a retreat or service through a third-party website or platform, the cancellation and refund policy of that specific platform applies.
Please refer to the terms and conditions of the platform through which you made your booking. Baptiste Excelsia has no authority to override or modify the policies of third-party booking platforms.
5.3 Cancellation by Baptiste Excelsia
In the unlikely event that Baptiste Excelsia needs to cancel a retreat or coaching program, participants will be offered:
A full refund of all amounts paid, or
The option to transfer their booking to a rescheduled date or alternative program
Baptiste Excelsia is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants (such as flights, accommodation, or travel expenses) in the event of a cancellation.
6. Participant Conduct
By participating in any retreat or coaching program, you agree to:
Treat all participants, facilitators, and staff with respect
Take responsibility for your own actions and behaviour throughout the experience
Refrain from behaviour that disrupts the experience of other participants
Follow all guidelines, rules, and safety instructions provided
Baptiste Excelsia reserves the right to remove any participant from a retreat or coaching program without refund if their behaviour is deemed harmful, disruptive, or disrespectful to others.
7. Confidentiality
Baptiste Excelsia is committed to maintaining your privacy and confidentiality. Information shared during 1-1 coaching sessions or group programs will be treated with discretion and respect.
In group settings, participants are equally encouraged to respect the confidentiality of other group members. What is shared in the group stays within the group.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, videos, program materials, and resources — is the intellectual property of Baptiste Excelsia unless otherwise stated. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
9. Privacy Policy
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on this website. By using this website and booking our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Baptiste Excelsia shall not be liable for:
Any consequences arising from participation in any retreat or coaching program
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Losses arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political events, or travel restrictions
Your participation in all services is entirely voluntary and at your own responsability.
For retreats, it is recommended to participants to be covered by an international accident and health insurance.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Baptiste Excelsia reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Thailand applicable law. Any disputes shall first be sought to be resolved amicably through direct communication with Baptiste Excelsia.
