In my multi-dimensional space and with elephants, you will become alive again

Break away from the routine that’s been draining or holding you back, and step into a deeper, more grounded way of being, where you regain your energy, find clarity, and reconnect with what you truly want.

You become truly alive, in all areas of your life.

For five days, you’ll travel to Northern Thailand, the Land of Smiles, and step into a quieter world of jungle-covered mountains, rice fields, and simple countryside life, where everything moves at the rhythm of nature.

Nestled near Wat Phra That Doi Khao Kwai, a peaceful and little-known temple surrounded by forested hills, this area naturally invites you to slow down and reconnect with nature. The temple is believed to enshrine a sacred relic, a bone from the Buddha’s left wrist, and is deeply connected to ancient local spiritual legends and mythical beings.

Guided by Baptiste and four rescued elephants, Mehoun, Melina, Mélanie, and Gipsy, you’ll meet them in a way that fully respects their nature. There is no riding, no forcing, no performance, only quiet presence and natural interaction, always on their terms.

Walk alongside them through the forest, feel the earth beneath your feet, breathe in their calm presence, and gradually attune to their rhythm, slower, grounded, and unhurried.

Alongside these moments, Baptiste supports you through deep, personalized inner work, blending life coaching with practical tools to calm your system, release built-up tension, and bring clarity to what’s next in your life.

As the days unfold between elephants, rice fields, and meaningful conversations, something begins to shift: your body softens, your mind quiets, and a sense of presence returns.

No crowds, no noise, just a deeply intimate experience designed to help you reset.

Maximum three participants.

This Is Your Gate To

  • Stepping out of the roles, expectations, and patterns that have been shaping your life, and reconnecting with who you actually are underneath.

  • Feeling free to live, express, and make choices in a way that is truly your own, without constantly second-guessing or holding yourself back.

  • Regaining clarity and direction, so your life is no longer something you just react to, but something you move through with intention.

  • Letting go of pressure, control, and mental noise, and learning how to act from a calmer, more grounded place.

  • A deeper sense of aliveness in your body, where you feel present, open, and connected to what’s around you.

  • And a quiet, steady energy returning, not forced or overwhelming, but rooted, natural, and sustainable.

My journey

I created this retreat from my own transformation.

A few years ago, I was completely disconnected, living in my head, chasing money and external success, believing it would fill the emptiness I felt inside, driven by a deep but unconscious quest for freedom to finally create my life on my own terms. But it only led me to burnout, loneliness, and a loss of connection with myself, my body, and life.

What changed my life didn’t happen overnight, it was a path made of many steps, mistakes, realizations, and deep learnings. I tried, I failed, I misunderstood, I went in the wrong directions… and through all of it, I learned what truly works and what doesn’t, not in theory but through real experience.

Everything began to shift when I stopped trying to fix things from the outside and started reconnecting within: feeling my body again, opening my heart, and rebuilding a real sense of self-love and inner safety. Through this process, and through the grounded, powerful presence of elephants, I rediscovered what it means to be fully alive, embodied, and aligned.

This inner transformation naturally led me to meet my soulmate, and today we are in a committed, loving relationship, engaged and building our life together from a place of truth rather than need. I now live a life that feels simple, grounded, and deeply fulfilling, where I follow my passion as a healer, supporting others through powerful emotional and energetic work and sharing what I have learned through direct experience.

This 5-day retreat is the transmission of that path, guiding you step by step to reconnect with your body, understand your life journey, free yourself from what holds you back, create authentic relationships, and ultimately step into your power as a conscious creator, supported by deep energetic healing work that helps you release and transform from within.

An Invitation

This retreat is deeply personal.

I want you to feel clear, grounded, and aligned before saying yes.

If your heart feels called but your mind still has questions, write to me.

Tell me what you are hoping for, what you are afraid of and what is making you hesitate.

I read and respond to every message personally.

Elephant Steps, a rescue center for more than 600 animals and humans

Elephant Steps is not a tourist attraction. It is a living rescue center, healing, and coexistence for animals and for humans.

More than 600 rescued animals now call this place home: 4 elephants, dogs, horses, donkeys, cows, and many others who were abandoned, abused, injured, or left with no one to protect them. Each animal is received, fed, treated, loved, and given the time they need to heal. Here, no life is disposable. Every being matters.

Nestled in the mountains and jungle of Northern Thailand, Elephant Steps was created as a space of freedom, safety, and dignity for those who have known suffering. It is a place where trauma is met with gentleness, where fear slowly becomes trust again.

The sanctuary is home to four rescued elephants, formerly exploited for labor or tourism. Today, they live without chains, hooks, rides, or performances. They walk freely through the jungle, bathe in the river, forage, and rest as they choose. There are no baskets, no shows, no forced interactions. The elephants are not here to entertain—they are here to live.

At the heart of Elephant Steps are its founders:
Sophie, a French woman who has lived in Thailand since 1991, and Moumou, a Karen man from the local hill tribe. Together, they have built not just a sanctuary, but a family—made of animals, humans, and shared values. They live surrounded by those they protect, deeply connected to the land, the jungle, and the rhythm of life.

Their vision is simple yet powerful:
to create a place where humans and animals heal together, where respect replaces domination, and where care is the foundation of everything.

“It is a real joy for us to see our elephants free, at home and in the jungle. And it is this joy that we wish to share with visitors who are curious to see these symbolic animals of Thailand in their natural environment. True contact with an animal does not happen while sitting on a basket that hurts its back. Our elephants are intelligent, but they are not circus animals. We meet each other in mutual respect.”

Elephant Steps also extends its care beyond the center through meaningful partnerships:

  • "ABCD Pour Tous", which supports underprivileged children in mountain villages of Northern Thailand.

  • "Kat Pat – Le Pas des Éléphants", which helps abandoned animals and provides vaccination and medical care in those same villages.

Part of the income from ethical jungle experiences is reinvested to support these initiatives—so every visit becomes an act of solidarity and compassion.

At Elephant Steps, you are not a spectator.
You are a guest in a living rescue center.

This is not about tourism.
This is about care, connection, restoration, and coexistence.

The environment

Rice fields, tea farms, thai spas and sacred temples with Buddha relics

Your accomodation

Your stay takes place at Rai Phuchat Homestay, a peaceful traditional Thai house nestled in the hills of Northern Thailand, surrounded by nature, rice fields, and open landscapes.

The 200-year-old teak house has been beautifully restored, blending authentic charm with comfort. You’ll stay in a private room with a double bed and your own bathroom, offering both simplicity and privacy in a calm, natural setting.

The property itself invites you to slow down, with a swimming pool overlooking the hills, a lush garden, and quiet spaces to relax between retreat activities. Sunsets here are especially memorable, with soft light falling over the surrounding rice fields.

Beyond the setting, what makes this place truly special is the human experience. You’ll be welcomed by a local host who creates a warm, attentive, and personal atmosphere throughout your stay.

Each evening, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy authentic, home-cooked Northern Thai dinners, prepared with care by the owner's mother using fresh local ingredients, often described by guests as some of the best food they’ve experienced in Thailand.

The homestay is also ideally located to explore the region, with easy access to cultural landmarks such as Wat Rong Khun and the surrounding mountains.

Daily transportation between the homestay and the elephant sanctuary is included and arranged for you, allowing you to fully relax and focus on the experience.
